Hartlepool and Stockton-on-Tees Safeguarding Children Partnership (HSSCP) is delighted to invite you to join them for their #LookCloser Programme of Learning. They have developed a week full of learning sessions based on the work the Prevention Programme, The Children’s Society and their partners do to tackle child exploitation and harm.
#LookCloser is a partnership campaign between The Children’s Society, the National County Lines Co-ordination Centre and the British Transport Police aiming to raise awareness of child exploitation and abuse, with a particular focus on public spaces.
The campaign also seeks to challenge stereotypes of victimhood, highlighting that child exploitation can happen anywhere, and any young person can be a victim.
The Children’s Society’s Prevention Programme will also be co-ordinating a virtual Programme of Learning.
