The Community Hub continues to provide support for those who are self-isolating and need help with shopping or prescriptions.
If you or someone you know has been instructed to self-isolate and needs help, our volunteers are available to take your call on 01642 733906. 9-12pm Monday to Friday.
Extended support from Catalyst
In order to support people as we come out of lockdown and restrictions change we have extended our support for vulnerable people in our communities.
Support will range from:
• Help for anyone aged 70+
• Short term support for anyone with a specific barrier to supporting themselves to get prescriptions and shopping as required.
• A volunteer accompanied service to help people who have been shielding to gain confidence and navigate rules (delivered on a case by case basis).
• Weekly wellbeing phone call service.
