Daisy Chain is looking to appoint a Family Support Leader (Parent Advisor) to be responsible for delivering the jointly commissioned Neurodevelopment Family Support Service in partnership with the local CCG (Clinical Commissioning Group). The post holder will provide emotional support and practical guidance as well as signposting as part of early help intervention for families pre, during and post diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and sensory processing difficulties across Stockton and Hartlepool.
Salary: £ 20,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Due to the nature of this role the post holder will need to have the ability and willingness to work during the evening when required. The successful applicant will be required to apply for a Disclosure & Barring Service Enhanced Disclosure
