As part of their 2018/19 work plan, Healthwatch Stockton-on-Tees would like to hear the views of residents, staff and those who have friends or relatives who live in care homes in Stockton-on-Tees. All feedback will be used in a report aimed at improving residential care home experiences and sharing good practice.
