Title: Perinatal Coordinator Salary: £27,218 – £29,869 FTE (£21,774.40 – £23,895.20 per annum)

Family Action is offering an exciting opportunity to work within our Perinatal Support Service. We are looking for a Perinatal Coordinator to join the service supporting women and their families who are at risk of developing mental health issues in the perinatal period. The service is an early intervention, low intensity service for those with low level (mild to moderate) mental health issues. The Perinatal Service works alongside our Family Outreach and Volunteering Service in Stockton.
Although the position is home based the successful candidate will be required to work in the community and users’ homes so regular travel will be required. Applicants must have access to their own vehicle and be located within 30 miles of Redhill Family Hub.
As a Perinatal Coordinator you will be required to provide a range of services including a one-to-one sessions and facilitating evidence based group interventions. You will be required to complete holistic assessments, outcome focused plans and reviews for families. The post holder will be expected to recruit volunteers and then plan and deliver volunteers training, pairing of volunteers with families and ensuring case records are of good standards.
