With more than half a million people in the UK with autism, it is much more
common than most people think. Daisy Chain is a unique charity that was
founded in 2003 to provide a haven for families affected by autism in the Tees
Valley.
The charity provides a range of services from its 5.5 acre petting farm in Norton,
Stockton-on-Tees, supporting the needs of the child, parents, carers and siblings.
Daisy Chain works to remove anxiety by providing a safe, fun and friendly
environment where children can be themselves and parents and carers can access support or even just someone
to talk to.
