Catalyst is working closely with the University Hospital of North Tees & Hartlepool and the Macmillan Cancer Information Centre to help improve the support given to people ‘Living With & Beyond Cancer’ (LWBC).
We are very keen to engage lots of different communities across the area and have funds available until March 2019.
Groups that take part can be awarded up to £150!
Delivered by LWBC project staff/volunteers, examples of activities could include a coffee morning, pop-up stalls or informal talk/workshop/presentations. These events will help to raise awareness of the support available to patients after Cancer diagnosis/treatment and improve their quality of life.
