- Capacity Building Training Officer
Salary: Band 5 £20,721 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per weekIf you have a passion for health and social care, have experience of working in the voluntary or community sector and one to deliver training to make a difference – this may be the job for you!You must be confident in planning, delivering and evaluating results of training programs to a variety of audiences. Great communication skills are essential, with the ability to present information simply and clearly.

Salary: Band 2 £18,335 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per weekPCP Is seeking an administrator to join the NHS Wellbeing for Life project to make a difference and offer expert organisational skills. Experience in administration is key, with an understanding of handling data, managing diaries and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows Operating System is essential within this role.The right candid it must be a team player, whilst having the initiative to prioritise own workload. - Wellbeing for Life – Senior Wellbeing Practitioner
Salary: Band 6 £22,701 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per weekAre you dedicated to making a difference? PCP is seeking of a wellbeing and improvement focused individual, with at least two years previous experience in shaping peoples lives through supportive health practice, advice and training.Experience in creating personalised action or activity plans is key, as you will be working closely with the community to impact positive health and well-being.
