Bridging the digital divide
Around 9 million people struggle to use the internet independently. Being unemployed, retired, disabled, living on a low income, no or few qualifications: these are the biggest predictors of being on the wrong side of the digital divide.
The Digital Inclusion project aims to improve the quality of life for residents of Stockton-on-Tees who do not have access to digital services.
