Catalyst is the voice of the voluntary sector in Stockton-on-Tees. We engage every day with as many voluntary and community sector organisations as we can, always wanting to know about their achievements and the issues they face. We draw on that information when we represent the sector in discussions, Board meetings, and informal contact with decision-makers in the public sector.
Our Trustees are the guardians of our mission and the champions of our future. They provide strategic leadership, ensure the organisation is well governed, and support the executive team to deliver meaningful, lasting impact.
Becoming a trustee is an opportunity to:

We are looking for people who are motivated by cause, willing to contribute their time and ideas, and confident to both support and challenge constructively. You do not need to have been a trustee before – we value potential, perspective and passion as much as experience.
