Bridges is a local charity based in Central Stockton, which supports families and carers of people with addiction in Stockton-on-Tees.
This role will involve answering calls, and emails and being the first point of engagement for individuals accessing the service. Supporting the staffing team with admin requirements and offering support to individuals coming into the service.
The successful candidate should be honest, empathetic, approachable and able to work in a non-judgmental manner. Applicants must have a Level 3 qualification, in Health and Social Care or a related field. Excellent IT Skills, and lived experience of addiction either personally or as a carer.
