Weight Management Sessions
Weight management and nutritional information sessions will be held at Stockton’s Wellbeing Hub in Wellington Square in partnership with Lite4Life and Tees Active.
Christmas Carol Session
Head to Thornaby Cenral Library on Friday 13th December at 1:30 for a free Christmas carol session. Come and soak in the festive spirit with free refreshments whilst a choir fill the air with carols.

Pick a Christmas Gift
Lakota CIC will be at the Wellbeing Hub on Wednesday 18th December between 1pm and 2:45pm handing out free Christmas gifts, pop along and pick something out for yourself or a loved one!
Christmas Day at the Moses Project
The Moses Project will be opening their doors on Christmas with a full dinner, carols and gifts.
ALL WHO ATTEND NEED TO BE REFERRED THROUGH SERVICES/AGENCIES.
ALL REFERRALS MUST BE EMAILED TO BRIAN@THEMOSESPROJECT.CO.UK WITH A NAME, PHONE NUMBER AND ANY DIETARY REQUIREMENTS, IF YOU ARE REFERRING A FAMILY, PLEASE INCLUDE AGES AND NAMES OF CHILDREN.
