Mind & Body Feel Good Fridays
Starting this Friday, 9th May at Stockton Wellbeing Hub is Feel Good Fridays, including mindfulness, relaxation, and meditation.

Dementia Action Week is next week and there are lots of activities taking place across the Borough. You can see all the activities HERE.
Walk-in COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics
In late May and early June, there are free COVID-19 vaccines available to those who are eligible*.
Thursday 22nd May – 10am – 2pm at Pavilion Shopping Centre, Thornaby
Friday 30th May – 10am – 4pm, Stockton High Street,
Monday 2nd June – 10am – 4pm, Billingham Town Centre.
* Eligible groups include, those 75 and over, those aged 6 to 74 years old with a weakened immune system and those who live in a care home for older adults.
