As a Shared Lives Carer you will be paid to open up your home and family life to someone who needs care and support. Shared Lives enables adults with additional needs to live in a supportive, welcoming home environment on either a long or short-term basis.
You do not need any qualifications, full training will be provided
You may be married, single or living in a family. You might have pets. You could be from any religious, cultural or social background. Shared Lives recognises that families come in all forms. They all have one thing in common. The desire to help and support.

How to enter
1. Follow us @festivalofthrift and @positivelygreenliving
2. Make a portrait video (up to 60secs) celebrating a positive climate action
3. Post your finished content on your Instagram and/or TikTok and tag @Festivalofthrift and @positivelygreenliving
4. Don’t forget to use the hashtag #IWillThrift on your post
