Wellness Warrior

Blossom Northeast CIC are currently offering FREE ‘Wellness Warrior’ workshops to Volunteers and Community Groups in Stockton-on-Tees.

Our sessions discuss wellbeing strategies to understand emotional regulation and dis-regulation, improved self-resilience and learned optimism tools which are all taken from positive psychology and delivered in a down-to-earth and relatable way.

We realise that in this current climate, many Boards, trustees and staff are passionate about supporting the people who support their mission daily but organisations are often overstretched, under-funded and may not have the time or resources to facilitate wellbeing sessions themselves which is why we are happy to come to your venue and help to support the amazing volunteer and community support happening in Stockton.

Please feel free to spread the word to anyone who may be interested and thank you so much for your support. Please contact
