‘Here to Help’ is a new project with aims to raise awareness and provide information, advice and guidance regarding autism and suicidality across the North East.
They work with autistic individuals aged 14+, Parents and carers of individuals and professionals who support individuals. You don’t need to have a diagnosis to access support. They are hosting their first event at Stockton FC which you can register your interest in by using the Facebook Event Page

British Liver Trust Awareness
We were delighted to welcome a representative from the British Liver Trust to a recent Catalyst Health & Wellbeing Forum, and they are keen to raise awareness of the importance and risks of liver cancer, and how to identify it early.
