Although under the shadow of the coronavirus pandemic, we all still need to be aware of the signs and symptoms of cancer and seek medical advice without delay.  Be assured that the NHS remains open for patients with other health concerns besides COVID19.

Of course signs and symptoms may not necessarily be cancer but if it is, treatment is much more successful if caught early.

We offer online information sessions to highlight the facts and dispel the myths of cancer, provide awareness of possible signs and symptoms, and offer suggestions for cancer prevention.  Although online, these are interactive and informal and will be made appropriate for your particular group.

Training is available for staff and volunteers who can then share the knowledge with their client groups, family, friends and colleagues, or information sessions can be delivered directly to community groups.

Example topics include:

  • Introduction to cancer awareness – Facts and Myths
  • Signs & Symptoms of Cancer
  • Women’s Health
  • Men’s Health
  • Eat Well
  • Healthy Lifestyle Choices
