This is a FREE network bringing together children and young people’s workforce from across the borough of Stockton-on-Tees.
Each network session will focus on a different theme with the overall aim being to enhance self-awareness, knowledge, skills and behaviours. This is so that professionals are best placed to influence the resilience and well-being of those children and young people they support.
Session 3 delivered by Brook – Consent, Sex and the Law
This training course aims to support professionals working with young people to help them understand the law, gender norms, stereotypes and cultural factors which may affect their ability to consent, and support them to communicate and negotiate consent in their real-life experiences.
