What is emotional health? Emotional health is how we think and feel, good emotional health is defined as the ability to be aware of, to understand and to manage our emotions.

This Friday 24th February is Emotional Mental Health Day as as the UK’s leading emotional health charity, Family Links are calling on the Government to recognise the vital importance of prioritising emotional health. If our emotional health is good, and/or the environment we are in is emotionally healthy, we might feel more able to manage periods of mental health challenges.
