Approximately £900,000 of European Social Funding (ESF) is available to run a project in York, North Yorkshire and East Riding to support managers and individuals to aid progression within the workplace for those with mental and physical health concerns.
The ESF Managing Authority is seeking a programme of activity which will, under Investment Priority 2.1 Enhancing Equal Access to Lifelong Learning, equip managers positively and effectively manage staff where it concerns mental and physical health, disabilities and neurodiversity and support those with disabilities to aim higher and progress within the workplace. And under Investment Priority 2.2: Improving the Labour Market Relevance of Education and Training Systems, support for SMEs to understand the health, wellbeing and disability landscape of their organisations and create a positive workplace culture towards mental and physical health, disabilities and neurodiversity.
The Managing Authority does not intend to allocate less than £225,000 of ESF to any single project. The project must cover the York, North Yorkshire and East Riding (YNYER) LEP area.
Applications are encouraged from consortia or other similar types of partnership arrangements.
The deadline for applications is 12th September 2019.
