I’m writing to invite you to join us on Wednesday 7 June, 8-10am, at Preston Park Museum to find out how your organisation can play a key part in a collective commitment to a better Borough.
Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council are working in partnership with Catalyst to bring together Stockton-on-Tees’ brilliant businesses and outstanding organisations from the area’s voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) sector to create opportunities for mutual benefit. There’s lots of good work already happening.
At this event you will be given an introduction to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and there will be speakers from Barclays and Kier Construction who will talk about their CSR experiences. Catalyst will finally give a demonstration of their online platform, bringing businesses and organisations together.
The event is the start of an ongoing project to create a network of businesses and organisations who help each other and the wider Borough as a result. By having a network that is fluidly working together, we can bring so much more benefit as a collective to everyone involved.
There will be a selection of light bites and fresh fruit to enjoy alongside tea and coffee.
