Participants will build an understanding on the importance of safe food handling practices and keeping foods safe. Topics covered include:
The QA Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering (QCF) is a regulated and nationally recognised qualification designed for those working, or planning to work, in the food catering industry.
The course takes up to 6 hours including a test paper (30 multiple choice questions)

This session is aimed at people who have little or no experience in writing a funding application.
This session is for anyone who supports and manages volunteers and would like to take the time to reflect on their own practice and explore new ways to do things.
