Salary: £19,776 – £22,360 pro rata (Family Action Grade 2 (Lower))
Hours: 22.2 hours per week
family Action and Harrogate and District Foundation Trust (HDFT) are working in partnership to deliver an integrated 0-19 Family Support and Volunteer Outreach Service. The roles within this service will be working in partnership with HDFT and other HDFT colleagues, but will be employed directly by Family Action.
Are you passionate, motivated and enthusiatic about working with children and families? Do you have an understanding of good parenting and of risk factors and safeguarding concerns to children and vulnerable adults? You must have proven experience of ensuring families receive integrated, coordinated, multi-agency and solution focused support with a strong commitment to working in a one team approach within their 0-19 service. You will need enthusiasm, a creative & Flexible approach to your work with an ability to engage poitively with a wide range of people. A sound knowledge of child development and the expeirence of and the ability to act in the Lead Professional role and evidence the ability of working with children and families.
The post will involve working with families across teh locality of Stockton-on-Tees. You must have accss to a vehicle for business puroposes and be able to travel frequently, with the expectation you will work collaboratively with Family Action & key delivery partners across the North Region of the country.
