FRADE is seeking to appoint a new Chairperson to lead and guide the Charity through an exciting and ambitious phase of growth.

As Chair you will lead our Board of Directors and work with the CEO and staff to implement the new strategic direction of the organisation as we move into our new premises later this year.

The Chair will also ensure robust governance arrangements are in place, monitor the performance of the organisation and bring constructive challenge to influence decision making.

They are looking for someone with drive, enthusiasm and the knowledge, skills, and experience to help us in the next stage of our journey.

This is an exciting opportunity to provide visible and effective leadership and join a passionate and dedicated team with community at its heart.

This is a voluntary role, however any reasonable out of pocket expenses incurred as a result of the carrying role as Board Member, will be reimbursed.

The selection process will be overseen by a small Committee of the CEO and two senior Trustees who will report on the process to the full Board.
