Have you heard about Kooth?
Kooth.com is a free, online counselling and emotional wellbeing platform for young people in Hartlepool, Stockton and Darlington aged 11 to 18 years old. Kooth has been commissioned locally by Hartlepool & Stockton CCG and Darlington CCG.
The Kooth website allows young people to gain anonymous access to advice, support and guidance on any issue that is affecting their wellbeing. From friendship or relationship issues, family disagreements or difficult home lives, to concerns around eating, anxiety, stress, depression, self-harm, suicidal thoughts etc.
Alex White, Integration and Participation Worker would like to invite VCSE organisations to attend an information session about Kooth. This is a great opportunity to see how the site works and have any questions you may have answered.
