Health Intelligence for Everyday Practice one-day foundation training course is being delivered by the Local Knowledge and Intelligence Service for the North East, within Public Health England.

The course is aimed at anyone involved in population health and health improvement who is seeking a basic introduction to key concepts in health intelligence. It would be of benefit to people whose job or voluntary role includes a wider public health remit. Examples are policy officers, commissioners, environmental health officers, housing officers, planners and voluntary sector organisation staff. It is also suitable for less-experienced public health practitioners and public health intelligence specialists.
