Heart Research UK’s Healthy Heart Grants provides up to £15,000 for community projects, we are looking to fund projects that support adults to reduce their risk of coronary heart disease, helping them to live healthier, happier, and longer lives.
Since 2001, we have awarded almost 300 Healthy Heart Grants, directly benefitting the hearts of over 70,000 individuals and countless wider community and family members across the UK. We are currently only accepting applications from small, registered charities and community interest companies with an annual income of less than £1million.
Projects must work solely with adults and have a main focus on one or more of the following areas:
- Healthy Eating
- Physical Activity
- Smoking
- Alcohol
