The Hope Foundation is looking for a passionate Deputy CEO to join our team and help shape the future of our charity. Lead with purpose, inspire growth, and make a lasting impact in communities that need it most.
You will manage a range of externally funded contracts, delivering to meet and exceed the objectives of funders and the Hope Foundation Board. To work closely with the Chief Executive, often deputising for them. That work will include monitoring and managing budgets, reporting to the Board, and representing Hope Foundation and the wider VCSE sector.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ongoing development and implementation of the core strategy, new and current delivery.
- Development, and implementation of new projects, including some direct management, ensuring resources are available and appropriate.
- Ensure the organisation is seeking, collecting and actioning quality feedback to inform continuous improvement within all projects.
SALARY: £39,000 p/a
Hours: 35 hours a week
