A Way Out is seeking to recruit an experienced and dynamic Complex Needs Worker to join our established Liberty Team in a new role working in partnership as part of a team led by Durham Tees Valley Community Rehabilitation Company (DTV CRC) working across Cleveland.
Salary: £20,546
37.5 hpw
The role will be part of a multi-agency team offering an assertive community outreach and recovery service targeting vulnerable females who are at risk of offending. This service will provide evening and late night outreach in hotspot locations where high rates of sexual exploitation and on-street sex-work exists and will introduce and support women to attend Hubs and access support. The Hubs will act as the central point for women being referred from various points across the CJS, offering gender-responsive and trauma-informed support in a women-only safe environment, bringing women’s services together under one roof to offer a co-ordinated response to meet women’s needs.
The post will complement A Way Out’s current service expansion and development. Funding for this role is secured for a 12 month period and we would endeavour to seek further funding beyond this time scale where possible.
