Nite Light CIC was set up in April 2020 to help and support the most vulnerable within our community. A cashless aid is offered to those who are unfortunately homeless and struggling. They do this by running many different projects throughout the Tees Valley.
Nite Light CIC are looking for an Outreach support worker to join the team. A new hub is opening on Newport Road in Middlesbrough where free shower, washing machine and dryer facilities will be offered along with a free food provision. You will mainly be responsible for a smooth running of the hub including a retail side, keeping up to date and confidential records and supporting volunteers.
Days: Friday & Saturdays
Hours: 10 per week, 12 month contract.
Previous experience is desirable but not essential. You will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check.
