Capacity Building Training Officer
Salary: £20,721 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week

Are you looking to utilise your experience of delivering training to individuals and groups?
Are you confident in your knowledge of health improvement subjects as a way to influence learners?
Are you flexible and enjoy a challenge?
Can you adapt your training and delivery style for different audiences and subjects?
IF YES – The perfect candidate will contribute to the development and delivery of training packages to address health inequalities within our within the community. You will support organisations and groups across County Durham to create an environment which promotes the health and wellbeing of all.

Wellbeing for Life Capacity Building Trainer
Salary: £28,680 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week
The perfect candidate will be highly motivated and have strong interpersonal, partnership and networking skills. You will have experience of developing, implementing, delivering and evaluating health and wellbeing programs within communities.
Excellent organisational And communication skills are also a must, along with a proven track record of successfully managing large project teams.
