Pause is a national charity which supports women who have experienced the removal of two or more of their children.
It offers an intensive programme of therapeutic, practical and behavioural support, designed around each woman’s individual needs. Pause can offer support around housing, money, relationships, attending appointments and rebuilding their emotional and mental well-being.
Pause North East is expanding its reach from Tyne and Wear, where it has been running successfully since 2016, into Stockton, Middlesbrough and Redcar and Cleveland.
