Perfect Pitch for Retail is a FREE 7 week, Level 1 accredited course designed for those looking to set up their own business as a market trader on Stockton’s traditional markets. The course is delivered by an experienced retail marketer and is an essential starting point for new traders. The course will cover topics including:
- Marketing and social media
- What you can sell, store and display
- Health & Safety at work
- Customer service skills
- Trading regulations
- Stall set-up and visual display skills
- Practical session on the market
On completion of the course, learners will have the chance to trade rent free for 4 weeks (Gazebo provided) with complimentary insurance for test trade.
