The Tees-wide Personal Health Budget (PHB) Network invite you to learn about the national and local picture for developing access to a PHB.

The network is a collaborative between Neuro Key, Middlesbrough and Stockton MIND, ADDER, Darlington DAD, Inclusion North and Tees Wildlife Trust to configure a clear pathway from application to delivery and improve health and well-being outcomes.
The Summit offers an excellent range of information and examples of good practice to promote innovative thinking in how to configure more appropriate services for people with long-term conditions in the future.
The Network aims to broker good practice, disseminate consistent, reliable information for individuals and organisations to understand the process. They encourage innovative thinking to improve health and well-being for people isolated by chronic health conditions or disability.
