Applications are now open for the Young Women’s Mental Health Grant. Pilgrim Trust set up the young women’s mental health programme to help improve the mental health of women aged 16-25 in the UK.
Conversations need to be booked with a grant manager between 15 May and 7 July 2023.
Check your eligibility before filling in the form. Only organisations that answer yes to all these eligibility questions will be able to book a conversation:
-A UK registered charity
-Turnover from £100k to £1 million
-Operating for 3+ years
-Be located in either the North East or North West of England, Yorkshire and Humber or Northern Ireland.
-Project not be complete (we don’t provide retrospective grants)
Grants to improve the mental health of women aged 16-25 by increasing their access to high quality, age and gender specific mental health services.
Grant size: £20,000 to £30,000 per year
Grant length: 3 years
What funding covers: Project costs, staff costs and fees, advocacy, learning and evaluation costs.
Location of work: Within the UK (areas vary).
For 2023 the focus is North East or North West of England, Yorkshire and Humber or Northern Ireland. We review the geographical focus for each funding round.
Deadlines: This programme operates once a year.
Success rate: In 2022, 61% of those invited to apply were successful.
