Project Officer (Holiday Activity and Food and Community Health Ambassadors)

Salary: £19,190, 37.5 hours a week

Stockton-on-Tees

This is great opportunity for someone with experience, or someone just starting out, to manage two key projects in our local communities. The Project Officer will be responsible for the overall direction and execution of two projects, working closely with our highly experienced Strategic Programmes Manager and other Catalyst staff and volunteers.

The Community Health Ambassadors are volunteers who seek to promote healthy lifestyles to communities in Stockton and Hartlepool, and provide crucial engagement for the Tees Valley Clinical Commissioning Group, within the NHS.

The Holiday Activity and Food programme uses government money to enable young people to have access to enriching activities and nutritious food during school holidays. There is a focus on young people in receipt of free school meals.

If you are interested in supporting and managing these important two projects, we’d love to hear from you!
