In 2019 A Way Out is set to experience a period of exciting service development across the whole organisation they are therefore revising their management structure and seeking to recruit TWO experienced and specialised Services Managers to join their existing Senior Management Team.

Salary: £31,341 pro rata
30 hpw

A Way Out is an outreach and prevention charity aiming to engage, empower and equip vulnerable and excluded women, families and young people to live lives free from harm, abuse and exploitation and to reduce life limiting choices and behaviour.

Each post holder will head-up and lead within their respective specialisms co-ordinating and developing existing service delivery and seeking out new opportunities for growth across the Tees Valley area.

A Way Out’s services briefly comprise:

Adult Services:

Liberty Service delivering outreach, engagement and recovery service to adult women with complex needs, who are drug and alcohol dependent, socially isolated and involved in survival sex work.
Blossom Service working with young women aged 16-24 years, who experience multiple disadvantages, building emotional resilience and encouraging positive life choices, with the aim of preventing exploitation of their vulnerabilities and accessing routes into survival sex work survival.

Children & Families Services:

Youth Service working with children aged 8-14 years providing a safe environment in which children experiencing social and emotional difficulties can learn new skills, practise positive behaviour and build self-confidence and competency.

Family Service working with the whole family in an intensive and motivational way, supporting and empowering disadvantaged families to discover new skills and confidence and to build resilience to effect sustainable positive change.
