UPDATE: 10am 30th May NOW CLOSED
Stockton Community Mental Health Transformation Steering Group in partnership with the Lived Experience Forum have developed a service specification and ‘invite to tender and deliver local services’ to support wellbeing and mental health for Stockton residents through the community transformation project.
Applications are invited from organisations which deliver services that have the potential to improve the mental health and wellbeing of residents of Stockton-on-Tees and can be delivered in a future well-being hub, in organisations own settings or another appropriate venue. Organisations need not be recognised as mental health service providers, but their services should support the aims of the Community Mental Health Framework.
Funding bids will fund 5 service areas, North, West, East, South and Central locations across the town. Applications are welcome up to a value of £29,000 per annum per service area until 2025. Funding will be in place for a two-year period.
The document service specification, including the delivery model and application form is here.
Applications are open now and the closing date is the 30th of May at 10am. Please send completed application to email@example.com by no later than 10am on the 30th of May. Further information please call Sarah Jones on 07946072805.
