It has been evidenced that children make better progress on their return to school if they have engaged in a holiday program, and with parents juggling the rising costs of food, childcare, transport, and increased reduced incomes since covid this funding is essential to ensure every child has the best opportunity for an enriching activity with nutritious food during the Summer Holidays.
