Daisy Chain is looking to appoint a dynamic and inspiring Superstore Manager to lead their team at their Portrack Lane Superstore. The post holder will be working within a very busy retail environment, working with a diverse and supportive team and a large number of donated goods to maximise sales and net contribution.
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
There will also be a requirement to support the Head of Development & Economic Generation in developing the Retail strategy and support superstore staff in delivering an effective and efficient service. As a strong communicator, the post holder will build and maintain positive working relationships with a variety of people and stakeholders as well as have a good knowledge of issues relating to recruiting and retaining volunteers.
They are looking for an individual who is highly self-motivated, positive and resilient as well as previous retail and people management experience. Experience of working to targets and KPI’s within a retail environment is essential.
Due to this post being based at our Superstore the post holder must have the ability to work weekends including Sundays as required, and will require a DBS enhanced check.
