We know that this Winter it will be as challenging as last year if not more for many people across the Stockton-on-Tees Borough, so this page is dedicated to Support & Appeals as a one stop page to know what’s happening with the incredible VCSE sector we have here.
We will promote appeals, where you can access support, plus promote events and activities that benefit those most in need in our communities.

Appeals
Family Action’s annual Toy Appeal aims to make Christmas magic for the children and young people we work with, by providing them with a gift they may otherwise not have had.
For many of us, Christmas is a magical time. However, for many of the families we support, it can often cause added stress and difficulty. Family and financial pressures, coinciding with a national cost-of-living crisis, means that many of the families we support are struggling. By supporting our Toy Appeal you can make a difference.
Each year, we receive requests from our services for toys that they can give to the families they support. In the past 5 years, we have distributed over 50,000 presents to families in challenging circumstances across the country.
