Sam Palombella
Chief Executive
Sam Palombella joined the Catalyst team as incoming Chief Executive in July 2026.
Sam has a wide range of experience in the VCSE sector and has worked for numerous organisations, such as Groundwork North East, Alzheimer’s Society, Teesside Mind and Kooth PLC.
He also brings with him previous CEO experience, serving as Interim CEO for Healthwatch County Durham in 2016.
