Tees Valley Wild Green Places is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic graduate, looking to develop a career in the environment sector, to join their team at the Tees Valley Wildlife Trust.

This is a 14 month fixed term post: £16,000 pa

Working on their Tees Valley Wild Green Places Project you will be supported the delivery of this successful community engagement project.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting community groups and young people across the Tees Valley by developing and delivering community led environmental initiatives.

You will gain experience in project management for wildlife conservation projects, including carrying out risk assessments, event preparation and the management of resources, promotion and publicity. A key part of the role will be working with and supporting volunteers that are members of local green space Friends groups.

You will be mentored and trained by experienced Wildlife Trust staff and be part of an energetic team of staff, apprentices and volunteers at the Trust.
The post will be will be based at the Tees Valley Wildlife Trust’s offices at Margrove Park near Guisborough (TS12 3BU).
