During this course, participants will brush up on their chairing skills and explore the factors that can improve confidence in chairing.
Participants will complete the Peter Honey diagnostic tool for chairing meetings to identify their own strengths and areas for improvement. This course is aimed at anyone who would like to improve their confidence when chairing meetings, and community/development workers who wish to become familiar with the Peter Honey diagnostic to share with other groups and organisations.
