Billingham Town Council

Are keen to receive donations, to their office situated within Billingham Library & Customer Service Centre, Billingham, TS23 2LN. The Town Council office is open Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 am-5 pm. For queries please telephone

The items which are most needed include camping mats, sleeping bags, protein and energy bars, painkillers, anti-flu medicine, wound dressing materials, first aid kits, warm blankets, thermals, and base layers, hot water bottles, insulated flasks, baby food, nappies, feminine sanitary products, power banks, large and medium-size backpacks, towels, dry food, cat, and dog food. We are not collecting clothes at this time.

If you’re looking to donate, the following items are requested:

We are supporting the refugee crisis and are working with other charities to send much needed aid to Ukraine, Poland and Romania. What's needed? Baby Clothes, Children's clothes, Nappies, Baby wipes, Baby milk, Men's & Women's Clothes, Footware, Hygiene Products, Medical Supplies (e.g. bandages, plasters, etc)

Donations can be dropped off at the following locations:

8am-5pm Monday to Friday: The Barn Nursery, The Elmwood Centre, 53 Darlington Road, Hartburn, TS18 5EP.

3pm-9pm Monday to Saturday: Janet Dickinson School of Dance, The Elmwood Centre, 53 Darlington Road, Hartburn, TS18 3EP.
