Employability Support Worker
Salary: £15,620.85 per annum
Hours: 18 hours per week over 3 days
Daisy Chain is looking to appoint an Employability Support Worker to support with the delivery of Daisy Chain’s Employability Skills Qualifications, in line with Daisy Chain’s core values.

Employability Coach
Salary: £20,500 per annum, pro rata
Hours: 18 hours per week
Daisy Chain is looking to appoint an Employability Coach to support the delivery of Daisy Chain’s Employability Services, in line with Daisy Chain’s core values. They will support their service users to develop and enhance their employability skills and experiences so that they can make individualised progress along employability pathways that are appropriate, meaningful and rewarding for them.

Coffee Shop Assistant x2
Salary: £15,327 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Daisy Chain is looking to appoint someone who will be responsible for the day to day running of the Coffee Shop, be responsible for the preparation of food and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in all kitchen/coffee shop areas by following established procedures. This role involves lots of common sense, energy and foresight to see where you can be the most help next. It is all about providing a warm welcome and fantastic customer service to all visitors and customers of the superstore whilst supporting the team which will include volunteers, young people and adults affected by autism.

Family Support Leader
Salary: £20,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Daisy Chain is Daisy Chain are looking to appoint a Family Support Leader to be responsible for the delivery of a Pilot Family Support Project in partnership with the local CCG (Clinical Commissioning Group). The post holder will also be responsible for providing emotional support, practical guidance and signposting as part of early help intervention for families both pre/post diagnosis across Stockton and Hartlepool.

Corporate Partnerships Manager (maternity cover)
Salary: £23,000 – £25,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Daisy Chain are looking to appoint a Corporate Partnership Manager to write and develop an effective corporate fundraising strategy in conjunction with senior management. They will be responsible for maintaining and developing successful partnerships with corporate supporters, specifically through donations, sponsorship, employee fundraising and events. A major part of this role is to research, identify and recruit high-value relationships with key corporate funders to support events and campaigns.
