Vision25 are very happy to announce they have recently gained charity status.

Jen Addison, Director said, “We are delighted and and hope this new identity will enhance our chances to gain more funding for the company’s expansion and growth.”

They are soon to have a subsidiary of their business called Vision25plus.  This branch of the charity will enhance the lives and opportunities for their young adults’ age 25 and above in the world of employment.

They are about to embark of some new industries in which their young adults will become trainees.  They have already secured a retail space at the Stockton Councils Fountain Shopping Mall on the high street.  Here they will sell their merchandise which is handmade by the group.  Vision25 would like to thank Marc Bould at the council and Brian and Carole for their wonderful support at the mall.

They are waiting for a new unit within the Stockton Business Centre which will become an ‘upcycling’ business.  Their young adults are thrilled at the chance of going to work.

The long term aim is for the group to gain many skills in the world of work to enhance their chances of being offered employment in the Tees Valley.
