How Catalyst use Social Media
Catalyst uses social media to better connect and create lasting relations with organisations in the VCSE sector.
These interactions help connect the sector with the latest news and event. We are often requested to join sector campaigns to help send a united message of awareness.
To get the word our quicker and direct we utilise Twitter @Catalystcomms. Each month our tweets are seen over 12,300 times. Twitter is mainly used to promote specific message from Catalyst and active organisations in the VCSE sector.
For more in-depth messages we utilise Facebook at Catalyst.Stockton. Each month our posts reach over 2,400 people. These posts promote our messages to a wider and more diverse audience.
Social media is also utilised to reinforce content from our E-Bulletin, so that sector messages are sent to a wider audience.
